English Chat on Monday
Had a cosy little group of 5 people plus me and 2 regulars from last year who couldn't come but sent their apologies. All 5 were participants last year. We didn't really have a subject so just had a good old chat about this and that and sometimes the other - avoiding subjects such as Sarkozy and strikes of course!Next Chat is for the 14 January so spread the word. One member of the group is going to talk about her holiday in South Africa in December and I asked everyone to choose a news story they found interesting, just for discussion.

Well done Val for reporting back on the chat. You know it's great to be able to sit at the computer and feel like you know what's going on. I think we should keep up the old blog.
